We usually consume rice in large quantities, for a sense of satisfaction comes. But alas we tend to add flavor to it, for plain rice is never enough.
Today let us set our sights at Afritada, where peppers, meat, and sauce blend together. This dish is one of my personal favorites. Where a gratifying taste can be achieved, depending on the variant you use. Chicken or pork mixes, being the two I consider the best. Additionally, the resulting sauce containing different spices will transform any conceivable quantities of rice into sweet meals.
As such, Afritada is a great addition to your rice meal. Where the preparation is simple, for anyone competent in cooking. Try this out, if you have the time and budget.
